Hello everyone... and let me start with an apology if this not the right place for this post.
I have recently purchased a bass, (natural oil finish)which as it turns out, is to me an ergonomic perfection...
My delima is... It arrived covered with a very moldy aroma. :meh: .
I have washed it down with a damp cloth of bleach and water on several occasions and the smell comes back...
I tried Lysol and the smell comes back...
What to try next.. :meh: .
I would greatly appreciate any thouhgts on this matter...thanks

Did it come with a case? Keep it out of the case on a stand for a week in a room with good air circulation and see if it still smells. Heavy Fabreeze the case and close it for the same week. .....t

I used the febreze antimicrobial and it seems to have worked... As a side benefit!... This is for all you young bucks... I believe I have got a new babe magnet out of the deal.:)
