    Hey bass people!

    I’m looking to change out the Pickguard on my Stingray Special 4H in dropped copper with a roasted maple neck. The white that came on the bass just isn’t my jam.

    Your thoughts are appreciated!

    Black/white/black. Simple and elegant. Matches the pickups and the dots on the neck.

    Yes, my initial inclination was black or black pearl. I do, however, also have a 2008 Stingray in black cherry burst (with a black guard) so it got me thinking of perhaps going in a different direction with this one. I’m not sure though......hence the poll!

    Thought I’d resurrect this thread because I’ve got a Dropped Copper Stingray Special 4HH next week.

    I’d like to see more options but so far, I’m liking black copper sparkle. I voted other.

    What I’d REALLY like to see is a pickguard painted the solid color of the bass. Anyone know where I can get one made?
