Help with sketchy CL ad: Sadowsky content

    hi guys,

    Just browsing Craigslist for some deals and came across this listing for a Sadowsky NYC. I really don’t know anything about Sadowskys and want to know if this looks real? What I do know is that they do not sell for $700! Does this looks real?

    I work in the city this is listed in and it is a pretty tough place. Likely could by a copy or stolen.. any tips?

    The ad says it's a copy...

    Just in case there is any doubt, it's fake. Wrong headstock, wrong bridge, poor knob alignment, etc.

    Ouch. Man that's a rough looking copy.

    Definitely stay away from this one. Anytime you see a Sadowsky bass for sale that cheaply it's either a knock-off or stolen (goes for any decent to high-end bass).

    So, yes, we know it's not real. It looks like a super short scale, too. Anyone else see that, or am I imagining it?
