  2. Yes, they will work and can be installed in a MIA standard Jazz Bass.

    You can also purchase about 10 other sets of active pups for Jazz basses. Make sure you know what you are buying sound wise, each pickup has a different tone and will change the bassses natural sound!

    Up to you, but you could consider contacting the seller to confirm that the dimensions (just the length, really) of these two pups match the two pups on your bass. If your Jazz was made in Mexico, it's a good idea... Good luck!

    Also, have you thought about where you plan to install the battery for the active pickups on your Jazz? Most jazz basses do not have room for a battery in the current compartment and require additional routing.
