hello, i am new here, the problñem is the following:
i have a terrible fret-buzz in all strings B-E-A-D-G, from fret 13 to fret 23, what could be the problem?

    short answer---bridge saddles too low.
Long answer--also check your neck relief (hold string at fret 1 and at last fret and check the gap between string and fret in the middle) this should be around the thickness of a business card . If this is excessive someone may have lowered the saddles to "lower the action" thus causing the problem above fret 13 without adressing the real issue of neck adjustment.
