I just bought a new Schecter 004 series bass. It is a great bass that i just love. Keep in mind that i have a warranty. It's master volume can make the bass passive or active by pusing it in or out. I had taken the battery out to see something and accidentatly put it in backward with the bass still plugged in. Now in active position it does not work at all!!!! It still works in passive but with the active it is all static and garbled static. I just want to know if i fried the electronics by puting the battery in backwards. Any insight would be a life saver
