Okay, so if the world was ending tomorrow (tragic, I know), and we in the Bassist community wanted to save one bass to show Aliens in the future, what would we save? It would, in a sense, be the last bass on Earth.

    I'd probably save a Fender '50's Jazz?

I would like to see a 50's jazz bass too.

I think that would be a little misleading to the aliens

Im already rolling of laughter from the current responses.

How about a 1962 Fender Squier Jazz? Just about as common as 50s Jazz basses. :bassist:

I think we ought to save Michael Manring's Zon Hyperbass.

Nice idea with the '50s Jazz though. ;)

That would be a nice trick since the jazz bass wasn't produced until 1960:)

The OP mean's the 2050's Jazz bass, correct? Word is its going to be a real humdinger. We're going to have to hold off destroying the planet for a few years I guess.

If the world is going to end tomorrow, I want it to be a complete surprise when it happens.
