    ...I have 'cooked' 2 boss chorus pedals this week. I'm using an equalizer, acoustic simulator, and chorus(all Boss) in that order on a Jazz fretless. It works good for 30 minutes or so then the low filter(set at about 2 o'clock) starts to hum and the pedal is ruined! I've tried it through the p.a and through an amp...bummer:( :confused:

  2. Put the chorus in the start of the chain.

    i've heard more stories in this..

    acoustic-sim -> other pedals = :(

    other pedals -> acoustic-sim = :)

    What is the acoustic sim putting out? Must be sort of unreasonable!

    I know the AC-2 can put out some HUGE (to the point of annoying) low end... but I sure didn't think it could fry pedals downstream! I'm gonna have to rewire...:eek:
