Here's an idea ...

Every couple of weeks, somebody starts a new "megathread" requesting photos of basses from some particular builder or a certain style. We end up slogging though pages and pages of photos, links, comments and off-topic discussions. And then, three weeks later someone starts another one.

Wouldn't it be possible to set up a bunch of thumbnail galleries that all these photos can be placed in so we could just browse the galleries of choice? The photos could be ID'd with our login names, and provide an email link to contact the owner with questions or comments.

What do you guys think?

Neptoon: Yes, exactly like the gallery. I never knew it existed. Although it doesn't seem to get used much. Maybe we should all encourge people to post there instead of in these long megathreads.
