Along with an Alembic Epic, Ken Smith Elite, Benavente Vintage Vortex, Zon Sonus Special, Elrick, Tobias Killer B, Marcus Miller, Warmoth Jazz, G&L ASAT, Yamaha TRB5P plus about about 18 more in cases and gigbags.

Now you understand why I'm not "over the top" about the Bongo. I do know a good deal when I see one though.

    *I* would like a $499 Bongo.

Even though I too have a pile of bassy goodness already.

    It´s incredible.
It´s hard to believe that a brand new Bongo is
being sold for only $499. It´s gotta be one of
the most ridiculous bargains I´ve ever seen.

To me, basses and credit cards are a dangerous combination. If I had seen that and had cash though - I would have bought it so fast the salesperson's head would still be spinning!

The question now becomes, will be join the stable or gain perhaps the largest percentage of resale gain in TB history?

Some people have all the luck, and by that I mean "don't live in the middle of nowheresville". :bawl:

I have never, and will never use a credit card to buy a about a poor idea..............if you don't pay it off right away, it will end up being way more than a $499 bass.

If you didn't pay it off for six months and sold the bass you'd still be way ahead.

Not managing your credit is a poor idea. Using it prudently isn't. There's a difference.

Not even close. It's worth double at best. Still very, very good. I would've bought both (ON MY CREDIT CARD:D ) and turned them over immediately.

And of course, paid my credit card bill.
  20. Wow, you have a MUCH better collection of basses than my local music shop... *jealous* :crying:
