Hey Boogiebass

    I read your post with the list of equip.

    Please do me a favor. Plug in the D210xlt (8ohm) & the 410xlt (8ohm) out of the SVT, but daisy chain the cabs instead of using the ext. speaker out.
    Tell me what you think. How does it compare to the Ampeg 8-10?

    Hey Bob, I've actually done that and it sounds fantastic. Maybe just a touch less punch but even more bottom than the 810, for sure. It's hard to find any combination that doesn't sound great when driven by the SVT or Boogie 400+, however.

    Hey I've got a question for both of ya! Boogie, I actually sent you an email on this awhile ago...

    Is there a HUGE tonal difference between channels 1 and 2 on your SVT's? Channel 1 has SO much low-end on mine, and channel 2 sounds much more 'flat'. I almost think I like the sound of the second channel better! Does this sound right?

    Hey RBMan, I'm ashamed to admit it but I've NEVER run through anything but the first channel on my SVT! Of course, now I'll have to check out the other one...

    The only reason I even tried it is because I've always thought that the first channel was a little muddy sounding... I think something might have gone south in Channel 1...
