Just wondering, anyone know what basses this chick is using in these pictures? Looks like a Fender Jazz and a Musicman... but any idea which models? And is that a J deluxe maybe? While I'm on the subject... is it true that the J deluxes have downsized bodies? Anyway thanks. She's one my favorite bassists right now so I was just wondering. hehe

oh. i see, hehe. well see I'm a guitarest who wants to start playing bass, so I'm largely unfamiliar with bass brands and models. I could name about any guitar, and easily any guitar amp, but i'm somewhat clueless when it comes to basses ehehe. so i'm still kinda looking around before i buy one, that's all.

The first one is a Music Man and the other bass is a Fender Jazz.

    Yep!

    Musicman Stingray

    &

    Fender Jazz deluxe

  9. get a 5 string ernie ball or a sterling to go with that JAzz

  10. First one is a Musicman Stingray with 3 band EQ.

BTW, you can tell the different between a Stingray and a Sterling, the other MM 4 string by the lack of the 3 position toggle switch on the Stingray.

Holy crap that stingray is low slung:eek: :D

  13. I find it's a lot easier to use the switch trick since the pickguards and body shape are not nessicarily easy to spot in certain lighting.
