Here I have an awesome Carrigan Walnut Scroll that I bought a little over a year ago from Mertle72. Stats from from the original listing: hand crafted walnut & maple top/back, swamp ash body core, maple fret board, side position dots, oil finish. Active EMG X PJ's- vol, blend, tone. Very light weight, well balanced and tons of tone from top to bottom. Super low and even action, great string tension for a 32", even when strung with Dunlops. Schaller 3d, Strap locks and Grover tuners.Shipped with Roadrunner Hybrid hard/soft case, original build card, tools and cover. I love this bass, and when I bought it I was in a serious Les Claypool/wanting a Carl Thompson phase. It certainly scratched that itch, but now that I haven't played the bass in a year it's sitting in my closet which is a shame. I will calculate shipping when we agree on a price - I will charge exactly and whatever USPS, FEDEX, OR UPS quote me online. The more I look at these Carrigan basses the more I like them. Great value for the craftsmanship involved.
Today I played a MIJ 1996 51' Reissue Precision in Butterscotch Blonde that was literally the smoothest bass I've ever touched. The notes just fell out. The older version with the larger ferrules, lighter finish, and not-entirely school bus yellow color. I'm willing to entertain crazy offers because a P and a few bucks in the bank will do me better than this Carrigan currently is. I'm feeling both GASy and generous, so don't be shy.
what is total length of bass. even though 32 it looks like it is same size as 34 due to the bridge placement
No problem, from the very tip of the headstock to the very end of the body it's 44 inches, or 43 from headstock to strap hook.
