hi all..! in a cool summer night!

can someone help me in that kind of dilemna?

for "high" end combos I mean: ampeg ba 500, trace eliot 1210, redhead and so on (note: I didn't give a try to all of them)

for low cost head&cab I mean ashodown mag 300&410 cab.

    someone can help?

It's all about the volume you need and the sound that you want. A 410 will just push more air, all other things being equal, giving you more volume and most likely more bottom, even if it's a 'cheaper' brand or model. However, the tone might not be what you want. Hard question to answer without more details.

However, it sounds like you are asking 'quality (a higher end combo) vs. quantity (a lower end cab and head). Again... it depends what you want.. and also what tone you like. If you like a more midrangy tone with some dirt in it... a lower end cab/head might work out just fine. If you want a more 'hi fi' sound, you might want to start with the 'higher quality' combo and add an extention later when you have the cash!
