High F - Flatwound

Discussion in 'Strings [BG]' started by alanhasradar, Oct 11, 2005.

  1. Does anyone have any idea where to track down a flatwound high-F string?? Right around a .022 would be ideal, but a .020 would be great, too

    Thanks, friends! :bassist:

Never heard of it but do you need it to be wound?

  3. Or me in a month or two. ;) I'm wondering what strings I'll use on my(not-yet-built-Stambaugh)fretless 7; flats might be cool, but I wonder what's available in the high F region.
