Looking at an A-style, they come in Al or brass. Which is the better choice? Brass for its massiveness?

Most of my bridges have been brass and I have been satisfied. I do have two MightMite bridges on my BC Riches that are Al and I think that they are crap...mostly because of a crappy design. I do not notice a difference in the two. I would like to know if anybody can ACTUALLY hear a difference.

According to Hipshot, the aluminum bridges are lighter and better accentuate the highs and mids while the brass versions are heavier and accentuate the lows.

Nice choice on bridge by the way--I love the A-styles.
