Hipshot supertone bridge...? will it get me what I'm looking for?

    I've got an Epi eb-3, and was considering a supertone bridge replacement. Two reasons... fragility of stock bridge/contraption, and all of my strings except the bottom string have a nice ring to them when played... the bottom string sounds kinda dead... will I solve the second issue with a bridge replacement? I had a similar issue with my Squier Jag VM and put a high mass on with great results. I figure this is the same situation... correct?

    I put one on my EBO; maybe a bit more sustain, and it's definitely easier to set up. Looks better as well. T-I Jazz Flats help, too.
