Hipshot Tremolos

    I know that there have been a lot of threads about these things, but has ANYONE tried one out yet?? I MIGHT (keyword MIGHT) be getting one on the bass Darrin Huff is making for me, but I'd like to hear what people have to say about them first.

    I forgot I couldn't do that. I'd rather have the post in the "Basses" portion of the site--it seems lots more people go there, and I'd have a better chance of having my question answered there.

    tewksbury ma usa iam a hick,
    tim c has one on his bass. i played one, u cant bend up pull back on the bar as much as a kahler trem. the good things about the hipshot,it goes for 150$ new,my kahler was 200 used(damm nino) stays in tune really well, and easy to setup, the onyl bad thing i can think about it is how much wood is removed.
