I've had it for 5 days and had it out playing with 2 guitariests the first nite. Can anyone tell me when it was built? The serial # is 239 190T. It does say 'SWR Engineering'. I have been searching this site and it seems like it was designed by Steve Rabe who came from Acoustic. Interesting to find this out because my other head is an Acoustic 140. Well hopefully I got some of my history right. (actually everything I know so far on this subject came from talkbass)

If you remove the top cover you will find dates, either hand written or stamped on componets. I just sold my old maroon face 350. My amp was the SWR Basic 350. I think this was the first model in the 350 lineage.
