Hohner Jack bass?

    Hey all
    I am currently using a Peavey Grindbass :eyebrow:
    I'm looking for a bass a bit more suited to slapping; something active, and I came across a Hohner Jack bass. It's thru-neck, with active EMG's, headless, maple neck, and i like the look of it. Has anyone got one? What are they like for slapping? Better then a Peavey Grindbass?
