Hollow body bass kits in the UK

    Hi all,

    I want to build a hollow body ES-335-style bass from a kit but can't afford to get the one I had my eye on which is from Fretwire.com in the US. Does anyone know of somewhere in the UK where I could get something similar?

    Pitbull makes both a 4 and 5 string version, but it might cost even more? Fretwire's is pretty cheap. There's a cheap kit on Amazon too, but that might be a little riskier... :)

    Thanks :) As a general rule I'm avoiding eBay and Amazon but if I need to I'll have a look

    Actually, the pitbull 5 is not ES shaped, but their 4 stringer is.

    Did you find anything? I want to do a hollow body not fussed that is a Gibson shape thanks
