I don't own a Honda, but good job on the heads up. I know a lot of second hand owners don't always get the recall notices.
That was what I was thinking too. I still get recall notifications on the Dodge Durango that we sold two years ago, so I wonder if the new owner gets them. Probably not. -Mike
I think it depends on whom it was bought from. If it was a certified car/truck bought from a dealer, Dodge in your case, more than likely you will. Bought from a privet party, most likely not. You may even want to check on the manufactures website. Some brands will have a section where you can register your information and VIN. You can also have a local dealer run the VIN for any open recalls or bulletins.
