I'm looking forward to seeing both of them in my local Jazz club playing on the same stage side by side together for the first time!

    Who else has got tickets?

I'm looking forward to hearing Ed's unamped DB solos on some Lord Only originals and am just hoping that the sub-woofers don't cuase Ed's bass to vibrate off the stage.

I'm not sure it is necessarily going to be music - I think it might be the case that Ed and John will just sit on stage and regale us with stories and take questions on their philosophy of life - I'm up for it either way!

The posters I've seen, aren't specific about what format the performance will take - but I'm sure it will be a unique experience, that all TB'ers will want to support!

Is that one of John's original compositions or a little-known Jazz "standard"?

  15. I heard Bruce was to be playing too- on a Fender custom shop Jaco Relic Jazz- through a compressor- into a Trace Elliot amp:p
