True story, I was in Atlanta on business and had planned to gig with some friends the next day. I got to the Motel and happened to notice some guys hanging out and looking like they were in search of a 5 finger discount. Just to be on the safe side I grabbed my bass, 1X15 Cab and 4X10 cab, pitched them on the luggage buggy and headed for the check in counter. The guy at the desk saw me come in and his eyes almost fell out. He said "You're not going to play that in here are you?" Long story short I ended up with a handycap room (bigger doors and almost twice as much space as the regular room) at the very end of the Motel where I would have no neighbors to disturb.

You sure they didn't think you were "special"?

I'm happy as long as I can get a ground-floor room at the EZ-Lodge! :D
