How can i make these fit?

    i just picked up a set of vintage reissue tuners, the long ones that reverse wind, to put on a MIM fender neck, and i know the bushings are a bit bigger. so the question is how much bigger are they and how do you all suggest making the original holes bigger to fit the bushings?

    11/16" hole, measure what you have now. if the hole is smaller, the best way to go is with a reamer. they should fit the thru hole, doubt the plate mounting holes will line up though.
