how do i build an AFP-2B footswitch?

    I lost the foot switch to my SVT 3Pro, and I've tried using a generic one, but it only seems to control the mute function. I have IMG_20141228_172509.jpg
    and I need to build

    but I don't really know what it means haha. Help?
