I'm trying to find the wiring diagram for my bass (thumb 5 bolt-on bought 2 yrs ag)

on the warwick site, it lists many basses:

    Bolt-on acti. pu 60003a/dp/dm/hp/hm
    Bolt-on passi. pu 60013a/dp/dm/hp/hm
Bass acti. pu bis 91 60003a
    Bass acti. pu ab 91 60023-18/ 60023-9
Bass passi. pu bis 91 60013a
    Bass passi. pu ab 91 60033-18/ 60033-9

which one is mine? I do think i understand a couple of things:
    - acti PU obviously means active pickup
-bis 91 maybe means "before '91" ...? ab 91 means "after 91"...??? who knows

    so, my questions are:
    1. what do a/dp/dm/hp/hm stand for? how do I know which is mine?
    2. how do I know which of 60003/60023/60033 i have? i can't seem to find it written anywhere

    thanks !

.. or if someone could look at their thumb BO & just tell me how the 1/4" plug is wired in, that would be great too (ie which color on which post)

    thanks
