Normally just mustard, lettuce tomatoes, pickles and a little onion.

When I'm at Fuddrucker's though I use honey mustard. I love that honey mustard they have there.

Grass fed, organic beef, from one particular local ranch only
Fried in virgin coconut oil (the beef is super-lean)
    Walla Walla onions, carmelized
Dried Habanero-Thai chile flake mixture, sprinkled on halfway through cooking
Grafton two year cheddar's nice once in a while, and a tomato slice if our garden happens to yield one at the time. Avocado's nice too.

We used to go with these killer jalapeno cheese rolls from the local bakery, but they folded and now local sourdough's my main squeeze.

It starts with ground buffalo. Form into 1/2 pound paties. A little salt and pepper. Put them on the grill. Don't flip them until they start to cook up the sides. Flip. Cook until almost done. Add caramelized onion and top with Swiss chees. Cook until melted. Remove from grill and let rest for a couple minutes before eating.

During that time, cut your bun of choice in half, lightly butter and then grill them until lightly toasted. Don't ruin your burger with lots of condiments.

    Buffalo beats beef any day.

I've heard that 1/2 buffalo 1/2 beef is good too. I've only used buffalo in chili but I'm interested in trying it as burgers.

    There are two possibilities:

Double extra well done on both. If the edges aren't crispy, it ain't done.

First is two hamburger patties with only Chet & Bet's BBQ sauce. But honestly, I think I'd eat a 2x4 if it was covered in that sauce.

    Second is:

    One hamburger patty
    Bacon
    Mushrooms
    Cheddar cheese

And that is all. The more ingredients you add, the more you risk altering the proportions in an unfavorable manner.
