How do you play (again)?

Im just bored (again) and curious so i made another poll (i started the fave pickup combo poll)

How do you guys and girls play and why? I play all rock and i play with a pick. I play in the middle of the neck and bridge as the bridge is to high in the trebles. The neck is alright,it is very warm sounding. However if i move closer into the middle, i retain the same warmth but with added punch!
This is just my opinion, what do you guys think?

Fingerstyle with thumb anchored on the top "J" pickup (whatever variety of pickup it may actually be).

Sometimes I'll rest the thumb on the end of the fretboard and pluck right after the end of it.

Seems to help me with some lines.

Shouldn't we all learn to play all around the "playing area"
From the neck to the bridge,that way we can have better control of the tone we create.
Not that i do it, I found my sweet spot around the bridge.

I finger by the bridge. The only time I don't is when i've been playing like 4 sets in 2 days and my fingers hurt really bad so it hurts to play where there isn't much movement.

I do everything besides pick. It's not because I hate picks, I just can't use them.. I'm not very coordinated.
