I'm an inexperienced singer, I know that I'm not amaze balls or anything, I'm just wondering if it's worth my time playing bass while singing at the same time.

Any constructive criticism or advice would be appreciated. I recorded myself using a mic on the laptop so the quality isn't great plus there's a few mistakes all that aside I would like to know your opinion. (Plus I know that I'm not used to doing both at the same time as you can tell with my bass playing)

The recording is terrible. I can't even hear it, and I have a very good studio set up on my computer.

Work on your timing while singing, you are tending to drop beats and add beats. Maybe try practicing with a drum machine while you are doing this. As scary as it may seem, try practicing your singing without playing bass first, then add the bass. Record yourself, always a humbling experience!
    Don't forget to have fun!

All I hear on the recording is asking for some practice time.
