How is the higher string tone on the Keisel ZBM7 (Zeus model)

I've been thinking about a seven string tuned BEADGBE so that the higher strings are tuned guitar style, allowing a bit more functionality for what/when I play. I have a 6 string but my C string is pretty twangy. I'm thinking a multiscale 7 string would tame that a bit.

About the only 7 string multiscale I can find (and afford) is the Keisel. I'm wondering if people who have or played the Keisel ZBM7 can comment on the tone of the higher strings. Would they be good for solo guitar-style playing or is the 33.2" scale length still too long?

Found this. They sound pretty nice.
