    You're too sensitive!

When I was 18 (I'm 50 now), I only owned ONE bass, AND it didn't even occur to me that I OUGHT to have any others! Partly that's because this was in the prehistoric days when there was no internet, and thus no occasion to realize how oppressed I was!

Don't worry about it, it's NO big deal. From what I understand, Jaco Pastorius owned several because they were given to him, but only played ONE, period!
  8. haha i know im just kidding, but lets remember, this cursed website does not help hahah

6, but one of them is in disrepair, another one is for sale, and a third is a short-scale Squier (the Badtz Maru Bronco) that's more for goofing off than actually playing music. I mainly use my Line6 Variax 705 for recording and my MTD Artist 5 for performing (with my MTD Z6 as a backup).

    Just One.....for now.......:bassist:
  11. One.

I have a taste for all-or-nothing. (ie. American Fenders) And on a student budget, that's kind of hard. lol

I'm going to buy a new bass in the coming months, when school is out for summer, and I can be working again.

  18. Jaco actually practiced on his fretted bass because it saved the fingerboard of his fretless, but Jaco was mostly known for his fretless.
