how much is my bass worth? (thinkin about gettin a cirrus also)

    i have an american fender jazz bass. i think its a 98. color is aqua marine. how much you think shes worth? i played a cirrus today and was blown away. im so bored with my jazz bass tone. i was gonna get a stingray until i played the peavey today! talk about playability, comfort, tone, and best of all price!!! only basses that are as good are 2-3 times as much! :eek:

    98, doesnt that mean thats its american Standard, not american series? i'd offer $500 tops, and thats streching it. These things were on blowout in stores for $550... My first offer would be around $400-450, and i wouldnt go above 500, unless it REALLY spoke to me.
