How much?

    Not sure if this belongs here, so feel free to move it I guess...

    I was just wondering how much you guys would be a fair price to ask for my Schecter. I've been toying around with some ideas and just seeing how realistic they were. I think I got the bass for like $650 and then a nice case for $50 or $75? I have the receipts, but I'm too lazy to get them out right now.

    First off, Jon, which model is it??? Your profile doesn't show any Schecter :confused:

    Secondly, what kind of condition is it in???? "Only slapped on Sundays" or "Always used with a pick for hard rock"??? Any mods???

    Since we're not talking high end or vintage here, eBay is a good place to see what the market will bear.

    It's a Schecter Elite 4...one of the diamond series.
    It was brand new in the end of May. I've played it out like 4 times. Still in almost mint condition, the normal very small scratches from playing with a button up shirt. you can only see them if you tilt the guitar into the light. I haven't made any mods except changing out the strings.

    The only free thing I can suggest other than using eBay Schecters as a reference it to look at Harmony Central's review database and see what kind of prices reviewers paid for used Schecters.

    Short of that, buying one of the blue books that pawn shops use would be another way.
