I think that feeling old and feeling young are not mutually exclusive. There are certain things that make me feel old- still being single, not feeling like my life is progressing how I would like, listening to amazing artists that are 3-5 years younger than me (and younger...),
BUT, there are things that make me feel young- I'm still in my twenties, I can stay out all night, other people constantly say I'm still young, I can still listen to the most intense of music, I'm still open-minded and progressive thinking...
So, don't accept one by completely giving up on the other!
