If I want to get a warmoth bass, I have to pick all the parts then make it myself, correct? How much would it cost to custome order everything I want for a bass?

It depends what you want. There are alot of variables. Wood combos, finishing, etc.

I priced out a 5 string jazz style bass yesterday. Here's how it tallied up:

5 string deluxe jazz with Swamp Ash body, maple neck, bound and blocked rosewood fretboard, Sadowsky electronics (VTC) and pickups, all finishes done by Warmoth, black hardware.

    $1250

You really have to price it out yourself.

You can spend a lot of money if you really want to. That is what Warmoth is all about! You can custom almost everything. I chose to buy all of my electronics and harware elsewhere. I find better deals from people I know. Shop around for exactly what you want. I had a lot of fun putting together my "Perfect Bass".
