Advice? I had some lessons with an electric teacher and I don't like him much. I think I'd get more with an upright player.

Why do you think you'd get better electric bass lessons from someone who plays upright?

No attitude here, just wondering about your thought process....

I have no idea, somone suggested it here and I thought I'd try it out. I forgot who, tho. But he had Mudvayne in his name..

And today I was listening to some rap with an upright player, and was blown away. I've never been a big fan of rap, but I was hooked. I am not good with describing music or theory or anything, so I won't try.
