umm... can somebody tell me how to read tabs cause im not sure
thanks in advance
Sure - you have to begin by doing a search for the information, either on Talkbass (I know it's been covered before) or on a search engine like Google. If you're still not sure then ask away for clarification
If you haven't answered your own query already... the 'horizontal' lines represent the strings; typically, reading from top to bottom, 'G','D','A','E'.
The numbers indicate which frets to play on the designated string/s. The closer together the numbers are, the shorter the duration of the note.
Hope this helps,
BTW: Highly recommend learning to read musical notation as-well. Use the 'tab' music as a supplement or occasional alternative... tabbed music is only as accurate as the person that wrote it.

It's a very large image, for details sake.
Right click to save picture.
Then Insert it into a MS Word document.
