    Hello Everybody,

I'm in the middle of cleaning my Basses, and my MusicMann Sterling has a load of dirt on the pickup.

I've tried brushing it of, with no luck.

Do you have any good suggestions ?
How would you do it :D

    Kind regards

  2. Is it real dirt or steel wool shavings? :)

Use a tooth brush dipped in denatured alcohol and brush them.

BTW, if it's steel wool shavings, the best way I've found to remove them is to blow them off the pup with hard sudden blasts of lung air. Really pucker and blast 'em.

Then go kiss your wife or girlfriend :D
