I’m putting down the double bass for good and selling the related classical and jazz sheet music. Categories include Jazz Technique & History, Scales & Arpeggios, Ear Training, Classical Methods & Solo Repertoire, and Chamber Music. All titles are in like-new/mint/excellent condition with the original CDs, where applicable. Descriptions of them may be found elsewhere on the Internet.

Flat rate $4.00 shipping per shipment (not per item) to the 48 contiguous (CONUS) United States. That's only $4 per shipment, whether you order one item or fifty. Sales to CONUS only; shipping costs and foreign exchange rates make it prohibitive to ship elsewhere.

The prices below reflect significant discounts in most cases compared to new and used items at various Internet retailers, but of course I cannot keep up with real-time pricing changes so I'm willing to make adjustments to earn your purchase. Contact me with the titles you would like, and I'll give you my Paypal ID. Feel free to ask me any other questions you may have about items that interest you. Thank you for looking!

NOTE: Format for all listings below = Price, Title, Composer, Editor/Publisher, although much of the Chamber Music shows Composer before Title. All listings appear (mostly) in alphabetical order by title.

Quick question are the Smandl books the english/japanese or the english/german version?

There are two versions of the books (Book 1 and Book 2). One version is published by Carl Fischer in English and Japanese (in the same book), with explanatory footnotes in back of the book written by Lucas Drew. The Carl Fischer version of Book 1 and Book 2 is the more common or typical version that is used by teachers and music schools. The ones I am selling are recent editions.

The other version is published by International Music Company (IMC) in English only. Book 1 is edited by Stuart Sankey, and Book 2 by Waldo Lyman. The text is generally the same as that in the Carl Fischer version but there are some significant, yet complementary, differences between the two versions, which is why I used both of them.
