  1. What basses use the Humbuckers like on the MusicMan Sterling and Stingrays? For some reason, I find myself attracted to them. ;)

Welcome to the club, I find myself kind of in a way turning my nose at other basses. I've found the MM Stingrays, ESP B-1, Modulus Flea Bass, a certain type of old Aria (don't know make), and the Warwick FNA. I'm sure theres more but none are coming immediatly to my mind. Out of those I like the stingrays the best, though for me the Flea bass would be a close second if it were'nt for the p-style neck.:p

Those MM pups with the big-@$$ polepieces seem to be everywhar' these days...
Schecter, GR, Washburn, are a few more brands that use `em.
Zon's Hyperbass and Tobias Growlers use a MM-type pup.
Of course it's a Bartolini "quad coil" design (humbucker and then some).

    Here's a nice-lookin' one from France. It's got that old S.D. Curlee shape ~ http://www.chez.com/dng/cadbass2.htm
