i had asked previously, but now i can see the actual basses that are available, and i need one of these as a backup to my main F bass.
I cannot decide.. which would you choose?

Black & White Ceruse', hands down! ('specially with an ebony fingerboard!)

  4. The black one is too busy for my liking whilst the white one has a classic look. I vote white.

I vote for the white one. The Ceruse finishes have yet to grow on me.

  8. The white one is much cleaner and sleeker looking if you ask me...

The white one. The ceruse's look good in pics but I haven't liked them much in person. I had a black and white Studio and thought it looked cool in the pics. When I got and opened up the bag I was instantly turned off.

so far, between the TB boys and the F bass forums boys, we have
12 to 6 with the white one winning.

  17. The black one. The white one... well, honestly it looks less like white stain than splooge.

  18. If these are your only two choices, I'd choose the white one. The black one is a little too zebraish.

Gotta go with the white/blonde, that's class right there. I'm not into those swirly multi-color finishes he does. The white is simple, classic, & clean.

I would chose the white one as well... I really love that finish. That is the finish on my new Alleva-Coppolo. It's gorgeous!
