I bought something to adjust the neck

    Just because my bass dont have this included (mine is 2nd hand bass), and normal key just cant adjust the Fender neck. I have spent HKD$80 for this Fender-neck-adjuster.

    For non-Chinese speaker, you can just see the photo for the "red-head" stuff.

    Is it just a way to earn money, or is it a way to help the neck if the adjusting hole is located here?

    To adjust the truss rod if it is at the neck/body joint, cut the last 1/2 inch off the short endof the allen wrench and it should fit,.

    I've had both the Fender version and the cut-off Allen Wrench that Figjam mentioned. Both work well, but I think that I actually prefer the Allen wrench better.
