Allright. This is starting to drive me nuts. My sleeping pattern is royally screwed up. I fell asleem a 5 am and woke at 2 in the afternoon today. Someone help me get some mormal sleep!!!!! Anyone have any good remedies for this problem? I was trying the stay up for 24 hours, then get my 7-8 hours at the right time, but it obviously didn't work. All help is appreciated!
