    I think it's a custom-made Ibanez BTB, coz I had a picture of him by Ibanez of the year 98-99 and he was playing it!

    Def a BTB. Just have a look at that headstock...my guess is Sam was looking for something in resemblance to the Warwick Thumbs. If I'm not mistaken Sam went to Warwick a few years later.
