10 hole P pickguard with tug bar and Jazz in neck position?
Therapeutic Art class?
Funny looking P... really funny looking J
Pickguard for a Jazz built on a Precision body, of course it'd need a side mount for the jack.
Put it up on the fridge.
is that a 15% right angle view?
this actually could turn into a pretty awesome... something or other!
Split-P pickup in the bridge position and stacked pots (ie. Original Jazz Bass configuration)?
I'm curious - if one were to put an overwound, split Jazz neck pup, if it would sound pretty close, if not identical to a typical P?
Its a masterpiece! I have a book of graphpaper I'm slowly filling up with pickguard designs when I find them.
Here’s an evil person that my son drew:
here is some of my daughters art
With Fender doing all these guitar mashups lately, bass has been left out -
.. or just a straight jazz setup on the more comfortable P bass body (with stack pots of course)
Wait...it's a Precision pickguard, but with a cutout for a Jazz pickup...but...but...is it a Jazz, or a P, or...?
This is a picture of the pickguard on my Jazz:
I paid enough for pretty wood that I decided not cover any of it up.
Thanks for the picture! It is hanging on my fridge between a 1970s bottle opener and my son's handprint turkey.
