I got Lucky......

    I got Lucky, went to Eureka Ca, and while I was there I noticed a flyer posted around town. The flyer caught my eye because there was a beautiful Ken Lawrence bass on it. Well there was an exibit for artist of Northern Califronia who handmake instruments, and featured Ken Lawrence. Here's a pic of his exibit.[​IMG]

    I love Ken's work. The best part is that I'm sure those basses play as good as they look. The worst part is I'm sure they would cost as much as they look....

    Note: If your are in the Eureka Ca. area, his exibit is at the Morris Graves Museum on F Street.
    by the Eureka Theater. It's still going on so check it out.
     
  14. hmmm.. they do look good, not really my style with the single horn, i like the graphic of the sun in the last picture...never seen a sun that looks so traumatized! :cool:
