I dunno, looks nice...is it awkward to hold or rest your arm?

It sounds very full and slightly boomy on the neck pickup, slightly thin yet very clear on the bridge pickup (ESP active hum-bucking pickups.)

There is no body cutaway on the back of the bass, which for me feels better than having a cutaway on the back (not sure what it is called.)

The neck is fast even with the extra large jumbo frets and 35" scale. The low-B sounds as tight as it can be right now (string-though-body is an option.)

The only two real problems it has are:

1 - The ESP preamp hisses when the treble is put up all the way. I never use that much treble anyway, so it does not bother me much.

2 - The output is rather low so I have to boost the volume on my amplifier to compensate. IMO a minor annoyance, as the tone is perfectly fine.

Overall a very nice 5-string for the price.

After playing this bass, I want to buy an F-405FM (higher-end model) after college and make this one a fretless, like Steve Digiorgio's ESP.
