    A Sadowsky Tokyo MM4!!

I've been a Marcus Miller fan for a long time. Searching for the MM sound is almost impossible...until now!!! I've tried many versions of the Marcus bass

    This one...with the J-retro

    Even this Sadowsky Marcus

I really love the sounds from the Tokyo. The frets and the neck are perfect...just like my previous Am Sadowsky. The Sadowksy preamp is the trick here. The low is thundering and the high is really clean. It is a little heavier than the Am model. And it only comes with a Sadowsky gig bag. But it fits perfect in a Fender hard case.

I LOVE THE TOKYO!!! Sadowsky Tokyo is a SADOWSKY!!! [IMG]

Just about $2,500 with shipping!!! I have to sell a P and a F to get it! I guess I'm a sucker for Marcus stuff.

    Beauty man. Congrats.

How many knobs/switches does it have and what do they do? It's kinda hard to see from the pics (black on black).

if all you wanted was marcus tone, a 78 jazz would have done it. they have that tone without a preamp. nice looking bass though;)
