Why is it that every single website that I go to now forces me to use their freaking mobile app? I hate mobile apps!!!!!

You simply have to learn the hacks.
    They are all buggy.

And frustratingly limited on the options they assume mobile users won't need.

I've always hated the term "app". It's trying to sound cooler & hipper than it actually is.

    Not unlike Stryper.

Lol.. I guess what I really meant was I hate being forced to use mobile apps. I have noticed a trend that most websites direct you to the mobile app immediately rather than giving you the choice.

I hate when after denying the prompt they redirect to the homepage. Most likely I followed a Google link, and most likely I don't give enough ***** to find that page.

I think it's funny that Google wants me to use its search app. Sure, every time I want to do a search I'll just close the browser on my phone and open up an app; the search will then lead me back to the browser--that makes a ton of sense.:beaver:
  14. I can handle the annoyance of being notified to check out an app, but there is one thing about mobile browsing that drives me mad, every time. When I visit a website, I don't EVER want to be taken to a stripped down, mobile version. This is 2014, there is absolutely no reason to be fooling around with primitive websites like it was 1995. Show me the full website!

I'm sure there is a workaround. Someone educate me?

I recently traded my old Crackberry for an Driod Mini. It came with Chrome installed and I have not had this happen at all.
